We DO NOT OFFER RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES for any products purchased from Bohemian Alley.
Any genuine cases of damage, missing product(s), or wrong delivery of the product(s) shall be taken into consideration on a case to case basis along with an unboxing video.
The customer shall bring the same to our notice within 24 hours from the time of receiving the product(s) along with an unboxing video for the same.
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to [email protected]within 24 hours of delivery with images or video for the same.
If the customer fails to inform us about the same within the stipulated time frame (24 hours from the time of delivery), then their case shall not be considered.
Please note without the unboxing video, we will not be able to raise any claims for the same.
